General Terms.

We are Texas commissioned notaries. We follow Texas law, recipient instructions, and industry standards.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. When document drafting is needed, we coordinate with independent Legal Document Preparation partners, separate partner fees apply.

All signers must appear willing, aware, and able to sign in our presence, in person or online. We may decline service if a signer appears coerced, intoxicated, or unable to understand the document.

Names on IDs must reasonably match the names on the document. Bring the receiving party’s instructions if available.

Identification Requirements

Bring a valid government issued photo ID, for example a driver license, state ID, or passport. IDs must be current, or within the grace allowed by Texas law and the receiving agency. For RON, identity verification is completed on the platform before the session.

Witness Policy

Some documents require witnesses.

We can provide witnesses when requested, $30 per witness.

You may bring your own witnesses.

Witnesses must be disinterested, not named in the document, and must not gain any interest from it.

If the receiving party has special rules, those rules control.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Pricing: Initial session $40, includes platform access for identity analysis, digital signature and seal, and one notarization. Each additional notarization $25.

Technology: You will need a camera enabled device, stable internet, and a quiet space.

Recording and records: Sessions are recorded and retained as required by Texas law. The platform may capture knowledge based authentication and credential analysis data to verify identity.

No shows: If you miss the scheduled session or fail identity verification, the platform fee and time are not refundable. We can reschedule once at no additional charge within 7 days.

Mobile and In Person Appointments

Travel: Travel or after hours fees may apply and are quoted at booking.

Wait time: A 15 minute grace period is included. After that, wait time may be billed in 15 minute increments.

No shows: If we arrive and the appointment cannot proceed, travel and time charges apply.

Apostille and Legalization Services

Scope: We prepare, submit, and track documents for international use. We present to the Secretary of State or the U.S.

Department of State when required. For countries outside the Hague Apostille Convention, we coordinate the full legalization path, which may include embassy or consulate steps.

What is included: Our standard service covers state fees and courier fees. We pre check documents for acceptance to reduce delays.

Additional fees: Country or embassy fees for non Hague countries, federal agency fees, shipping, and translation, if needed, are additional.

Timing: Published timeframes are estimates. Government processing times, closures, mail delays, and embassy requirements can change without notice.

Pricing: Standard service starts at $275 for 4 to 5 business day delivery, includes travel, one document, and one notarization. Each additional document $100. Rush options are available.

Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

Quotes: Quotes are based on the information you provide and the receiving party’s written instructions. If scope changes, pricing may change.

Payment: Payment is due at booking or at the appointment. We accept major cards and approved digital payments.

Notary services: Once a notarization is completed, fees are not refundable.

RON platform attempts: The platform fee is not refundable once identity verification is attempted.

Apostille and legalization: If you cancel before we submit to any government office, we will refund the service fee less any costs already incurred. After submission, service fees are not refundable. Government fees, courier fees, and shipping already paid are not refundable.

Chargebacks: Contact us first for resolution. Disputed payments that overturn a valid charge may be sent to collections for the unpaid balance plus bank dispute fees.

Shipping and Handling

We can return documents by trackable courier or postal service. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a carrier has accepted the package. Carrier insurance can be added upon request.

Document Acceptance

We confirm acceptance requirements with recipients when possible and follow their written instructions. Final acceptance is always the decision of the receiving agency, school, lender, court, or embassy. If a document is rejected due to our error, we will correct the notarization at no additional charge.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Client reschedule: You may reschedule once with 12 or more hours notice at no charge. Less than 12 hours may incur a reschedule fee.

Provider reschedule: If we must reschedule, we will offer the next available time or refer you to a trusted partner.

Weather or emergencies: Safety comes first. We will coordinate the earliest practical alternative.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to perform notarial acts, schedule work, and comply with law.

RON recordings and related identity data are stored securely by us or our platform providers as required by Texas law.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service partners necessary to complete your service, for example shipping carriers, courier partners, apostille authorities, and payment processors.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service for suspected fraud, incomplete or blank documents, missing identification, unacceptable behavior, or any situation that violates law or professional standards.

Accessibility and Language

We aim to provide accessible service. Signers must understand the document they are signing. If an interpreter is required by the receiving party, please arrange one in advance.

Partnerships and Referrals

We coordinate with independent Legal Document Preparation partners upon request. Those services are provided by the partner under their own licenses and policies.
